- Reinforcement cage installation: Lowering the 47-metre reinforcement cage into the stabilised borehole — a precision operation requiring careful alignment and controlled descent
- Concreting: Tremie concreting from the base of the pile upward, displacing the bentonite slurry as the concrete fills the borehole from bottom to top — ensuring a continuous, void-free concrete column
- Quality verification: Post-installation integrity testing to confirm the pile's structural continuity and design load-bearing capacity
